Ustadk stores the account, student, tutoring and booking information required to operate the marketplace. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Account details, profile information, tutoring requests, offers, bookings, messages, reviews and the minimum operational records needed for support and safety.

Children’s information

A parent or guardian controls student profiles. Tutors receive only the information needed to deliver the lesson. Exact home addresses are encrypted and are not shown publicly.

Tutor documents

Identity and qualification files are private. Only authorized administrators can review them; public profiles show only the resulting verification status.

Your choices

You can edit profile information in your workspace. Contact Ustadk support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some transaction and safety records may be retained when legally required.

Security and updates

Data is protected in transit and access is limited by account role. This notice may be updated as the service expands; material changes will be announced in the application.
