By using Ustadk, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your account and use the platform only for lawful tutoring services.

Parents and students

Parents are responsible for student profiles, lesson requests and supervision appropriate to the student’s age. Booking details and agreed prices must be reviewed before confirmation.

Tutors

Tutors must accurately describe their qualifications, keep availability and pricing current, and submit authentic verification documents. Approval may be suspended or withdrawn for safety, fraud or policy concerns.

Bookings, payments and disputes

A booking becomes active only after the required participants confirm it. Payment status is recorded in Ustadk. Problems should be reported through the booking so administrators can review the history and resolution.

Platform conduct

Harassment, fraud, unsafe conduct, account sharing and attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited. Ustadk may restrict or archive accounts when needed to protect users and the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may evolve as Ustadk expands beyond Morocco.
